The merchandise is attractive, high-end and classic. The sales staff was friendly, but not pushy. I talked to the salesman for around 15 minutes and he even gave me a bottle of water on a hot day even though I didn't buy anything.

Exceptional service! We looked for a purse for my daughter and it was very hard to find. The sales associate took the time to locate the item within 24 and we had it in time for the holidays. Followed up to make sure all our gifts were working out as well.

waited in line for 15 min to go and find out they have higher or the same prices as any other gucci store…. what a rip off!!
