You're better off going to the Guess in Torrance. They do not know how to process online returns here. The store policies and online are different according to the sales associates that "work" here. Went in to return an item that i purchased online. In order to get them to process my return, I had to speak to 3 different people in that store, I had to call another Guess store to get info/help on the return policy and after 30 or so my return was processed.

Friendly staff. Attentive. But just a little advice, lower the music in the store. It was uncomfortably loud. I browsed with my son looking for a gift for his mom and we couldn't even think straight in there. Music is super super loud. We had to leave because of it. Didn't purchase what we went to buy.
