Stealing of our shopped items @ Guess store and highly Unprofessional Staff behavior with no regard for customers: Today, my wife (a physician by profession) along with 2 kids (8 years old and 1 year old) shopped at Premium Outlet mall. At Guess store, the customer service was highly highly unprofessional. As she a ton of bags from other places she shopped, she kept the bags in the center couch / table like couch with my son. They forgot the bag at 6:10 and came back between 6:15-6:18. The store manager was highly unreasonable and asked her to leave the store instead of helping her out. When we asked about checking in the camera and her response was things gets stolen all the time and camera are not for that purpose (the response seemed fishy to me ... ). She also asked us to leave the store.. I called nine one one to report the stealing in response to which she also called the alliance security. The security guy was highly reasonable and took our report even though when we were reporting the store manager tried to go back from her stance. Since it was getting late, I just relied on stealing report to alliance security and asked nine one one to stop their due process. I also plan to reach out to the Guess Regional manager to report this incident. It should be all recorded on camera.
In short, highly un-professional staff with lack of ethics and compassion for the suffering ones. Lack of regard as well. The store manager does not deserve to be at this location. I don't know how the company hired her.
