Matt with Guided Light was exactly what we had hoped to find!!! We were in a time crunch and needed a thorough pro to make sure no rock was left unturned and no corners cut to ensure we were making the best decision on a home we had to have and didn't want to waste any time with the market being so on fire right now! Thanks to Matt, the whole buying experience was great due to us knowing so much about the home and property after his evaluation and information. Aside from being an extremely good move hiring Guided Light for the reassurance of knowing and protecting our investment and home. Matt has such a positive and inviting personality. He was easy to talk to. Easy to get ahold of and easy to work with all around. Definitely a genuine, hard working, honest family man that I can't thank enough for his exceptional service!
