Chapman was wonderful to work with! He started the documentation process early so when I was ready to buy, we had everything done. Throughout the loan process he had multiple ideas for us to choose from to make sure we were getting what was best for us - buying points, different loan types, etc. It was super easy to decide and everything was well explained. I’d happily work with him again.

We couldn't of asked to work with anyone better than Chapman during our home buying venture! I never once had to question his knowledge in the home lending/buying process. He walked us through every step, answered all of our questions, and presented multiple options for every part of the decision making process to ensure we had every avenue available to us to explore. What I appreciate most about our experience with him is that he was not just our mortgage lender, he was a friend and partner in the process and ALWAYS looked out for our best interest.
