Unaccomodating centre, care more about their working hours than children's health

I just came here for my son's immunization. The lady on the reception sitting on the right corner was so rude! The lady with a short hair. I think she's a Filipina lady. We came a couple of minutes late because my son was crying a lot and doesnt want to went out of the car. The lady was so rude and stubborn. She even make face to my son. I hope management can do something about this kind of staff. Because you dont know what are childs going through. Now we know why some people are very hesitant to come to this location, maybe because of the rude staff. Some location especially in cloverdale, reception staff are very friendly and accomodating.
