Gul is deeply involved in every aspect of representing her estate client(s) in buying or selling property. She represented my interest vehemently during my last business with her. She negotiated a move-out deal with my tenants. She stood firmly on my behalf against a major wealthy company during a price negotiation. She understands her onions. More grease to her elbows.

Reason for the 5 star is COMMUNICATION. We were able to talk with Gul at 7 in the morning or 9 in the evening. Very nice also that she let us talk with her with WhatsApp or by phone. Like family she told the truth whether good or bad and very helpful with solutions. We live overseas so Gul had to devote more time being at the property than normal. All we did was sign the contract for Gul to sell the property and she took care of all the responsibilities such as the termite inspection, city inspection, cleaning the property, collecting the mail and arranging repairs above the garage with the condo association which was the most time consuming. Bottom line is you don't have to be Einstein to select Gul as your real estate agent.
