Their service was terrible. Cory said he will pick up my laptop at the next day, didn't show up, I called again and he postponed the appointment, then didn't show up, I called again... After a few times of this, he just hung up while I was talking on the phone. That's it. I didn't pay in advance, but wasted my time (I was in extra hurry) and couldn't get my laptop repaired. If I knew he wasn't willing to answer, I just have contacted other companies. Regret that I didn't.
