Our salesperson, Kyle, was fantastic. Very friendly, cooperative, and patient. Knew an answer to every question we asked, and went above and beyond to make our experience extremely smooth. The man who handled the paperwork was also quite friendly and did a good job explaining what the process is and what the papers were for.

Vehicle had to go in for a Third time for leaking transmission fluid. I’m still very disappointed that I am out of pocket $533 dollars that I had to pay a different GM dealership to fix a problem that Gurley Leep caused in the first place. Not only did Gurley Leep misdiagnosed the problem they completely denied that there was a problem even after it was clearly fixed by a different dealership. I expected more out of them, not only have they lost me as a customer but I will probably never buy another GM product. As far as the fix they just completed, time will tell as its only been a few days since I picked the vehicle up.

I’ve purchased and leased vehicles for over 50 years all over the U.S. This is the most under-handed and dishonest Cadillac dealer I have ever dealt with for sure. It all started over a year ago when I purchased my Cadillac off-lease at their dealership after retirement and relocating back to the South Bend area from Chicago. The salesman told me they would handle the purchase for a modest fee. After completing the transaction with the Finance Mgr. and having the paperwork handed to me in an envelope, I proceeded home and reviewed the details only to find that they included a $1,300 charge for an extended warranty which we NEVER DISCUSSED nor did I agree too. After several telephone arguments with various personnel, the Sales Mgr. agreed to refund me. I caught them “red-handed and red faced”!!! Because they are the only Cadillac dealer in South Bend, I have unfortunately taken my car back for service. Very un-professional and NOT the kind of Cadillac service I am accustomed too! Constant personnel turnover and NEVER the same Service Mgr. They always make me feel like I’m being “ripped-off”! I will NEVER purchase or lease a vehicle from this dealership!!!
