Decided to give this place another try cuz I heard it had new owners again well guess what half the washer don't work the dryers take an hour and a half to dry which is about $4 a piece I literally spent $60 I could have went to the Yucaipa laundromat and only spent 30

This place is just awful! Yeah it may look nice and it is very big; however, it is a GIANT RIPOFF. The washers are so small and cost $1.75 a load while everywhere else that has these charge $1.25. The dryers look really nice but they are horrible. $0.25 gets you only 6 minutes. I put in a buck for 24 minutes and my clothes of course were not dry. I will never go again and I advise you to find another spot to if you can

Not a good experience! Large machine accepted 24 quarters and machine timer started machine did not start ... had to use another machine that's $ 6 ... then put in 4 quarters in the dryer ... accepted ... did not work. Washer is machine 34 ... dryer is the machine directly below machine 17. No address or contact information in the facility .. only a sign to put an out of service sign on malfunctioning machines ... couldn't find a sign. Looks like NO possibility of getting our money back (due to NO contact information ) ... DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY ... date of visit 11/6/2013 DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY !!!! ... ( Unless you wish leave the facility owner a $7 tip in lost money for the privilege of using this facility )
