Came back 4 years later for repair to Honda Fit after the front side panel was scraped and damaged by another car. They inspected and found no underlying damage and repaired and painted the bumper cover and fender. Perfect job - like new. Service was prompt. professional, friendly. Good communication. Fair and reasonable prices. A small family business around for 20 years. My go to place in Seattle. Highly recommend.

Brought my Honda Fit in for estimate of small area of paint scraped off. They took a look and said while you could spend $600 to make it perfect there is no need to do extensive work and then provided a free touch up. Really appreciated their kindness and customer interest first approach.

I really had such an awesome experience here, with Yuchu specifically. She was so helpful, communicative, and prompt. I never expected to receive such good service from a body shop. Last month, when my last car was totaled (lol), I went to caliber collision. It took me 6 weeks to get in. H&I looked at my car within a week, always communicating directly with my insurance and filling me in. Thank you so much, Yuchu! You’re the best.

I had such a good experience with H&I! They repaired a number of damages on my Subaru, including replacing my bumper and front fender. They went above and beyond by cleaning the car inside and out and touching up some of the smaller cosmetic damage for free! They were communicative and thoughtful throughout the whole process. I will be returning for all my future auto body needs.
