Great shop! The managers John and Burt and good folks and very reasonable to work with. Much more of a community type of shop as opposed to the large corporate place. Highly recommend giving them a shot!
EDIT 06/07/18: I went there yesterday and was highly disappointed. I'll probably never go back again. I used to EXCLUSIVELY bring my car to them. I've had 4 sets of wheels on my track car and was always had amazing customer service but not anymore.
I called in advance to bring my new tires be mounted and balanced on new wheels. That's it. When I got there they were pretty busy which happens. They couldn't get to it today so one of the service writers offered to keep them overnight which wasn't optimal but at least reasonable to get the work done. He left to get one of the owners to assess the situation.
When one of the owners came out he was very stand off-ish and straight up said that he cant guarantee that the wheels/tires wont get damaged. I said fair enough, if you damage them, will you correct the issue with a replacement/repair. He Flat out said NO.
For that, I take it that the owner will not stand by their work and wouldn't recommend anyone taking their vehicle there if they care about it.
One other thing. Their hours say they close at 5:30 but they actually close at 5:00.
I can't say enough positive things about H&J Tire. My family has been bringing all of our cars to them. They work on all makes and models. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are very competitive with their pricing. They have never over-charged for anything. Bring your car here and you won't be disappointed.
