This morning I came in to buy vapes. I got the buy 2 get 40% off. I left the store for one minute , went to my vehicle to try out my new vape and opened up one up and the stickers are on both ends but the vape liquid was filled in the bag meaning the juice is not inside of the vape itself. I shown the vape to the cashier. And she started to wipe the juice and told me to try it. Which I did. And it was burnt, meaning no juice is left and is faulty. And she stated that it works to her. I explained that this is a faulty vape and I just want a replacement and wasn't asking for my money back. But because I didn't try it in the store that they would not replace it. When I never left the property. I come here regularly for vapes and drinks, and never had a issue. I even spoke to the manager after I left work and he refused to replace it after I explained the incident and asked him to check the cameras, , He stuck to his policy, which I understand, which his cashier never told me to try the vapes, By the way a cashier vaping at the counter in front of customers is disrespectful and unprofessional. I will take my money else where. Very disappointed in the customer service.
