When I was contacted by my recruiter I knew nothing of temping or the type of roles they would fit me into. This place put me on 3 different placements over just shy of 3 years (this is normal, not all temp jobs are to hire, and you may not get the same gig each time - I certainly didnt, but again, this is normal). The third and final placement gave me the boost I needed to really start my career. I also temped with people who were able to hire direct by applying for similar positions which were open in the organization. Almost 6 years later I owe a certain level of my success to these folks. During a time I couldn't get anyone to take me seriously, these guys did, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the opportunity because it led me to other opportunities that would not have been available to me otherwise.
