Our family loves Dr. Ha and her entire office! Tried for 10 stars, but we were limited to the 5.. she and her office and staff are simply the best!
Visited for the first time after referred by friend. Been told no walkin for new patients, which means obviously not patient friendly.
Front desk staff wanted to setup an appointment for later, to which i asked why i have to setupappointment for the problem currently im having. As usal, in parrot script no answers to those questions.
Had a physical which consisted of weighing in, looked at my throat, ears and an abdominal pat down.... Then farmed out bloodwork to the lab. 3 1/2 weeks later, I still haven’t gotten a call back with any results from doctor on bloodwork. No hernia check, reflex check, height measurement, prostate check, eye exam, etc. This is modern medicine. Stamp your forehead as “seen” then bill your insurance for a rediculous amount of money. Unsatisfactory medicine to say the least! Not usually a hater, but gotta call them for what they are.
