I believe this place has lost its way. It's good that St Vincent's move next to it because otherwise I believe they would continue to be on a path toward the complete opposite of what their entire mission is. You used to be able to come here get good deals and walk away feeling like maybe you would offset some of the crazy cost of things but now a place that's supposed to provide people you don't have much money to shop elsewhere is gouging prices just like everywhere else. I'm sorry I thought this was supposed to be a non-profit to help people. Guess I was wrong. Additionally the employees have the worst attitudes, I know some of them are volunteers and I appreciate them volunteering but if you're going to have an attitude then just don't volunteer. There are two areas of this habitat The area that has more of the industrial tool stuff has more of the attitude employees, The other area that has most of the furniture stuff has some really nice ladies working there and they are generally very nice.
So in short prices should be brought back down to reflect the mission of the nonprofit. The employees on the industrial side of the space need to be more friendly and helpful. Other than that you might still find a good deal from time to time, maybe.
