Brian recently completed a "Healthy Home Inspection" for us. Brian has a very professional and confident approach to his work. The appointment, pre-document signing and inspection were set up in a timely manner convenient for both parties. His approach throughout the inspection was respectful of the property, thorough, efficient, and very well organized. The report itself was released to us within 48 hours. It was detailed in its description, the photos were clear and well-labelled, and effectively expressed. We were very impressed with Brian's works for us and would highly recommend him for a home inspection. We also commend him for his generous support and thoughtfulness for others less fortunate in his contributions towards Habitat for Humanity.

We highly recommend Brian and Habitat Home Inspections. He came out to inspect our new home and he was impressively prompt and respectful. He inspected the property thoroughly and went over the details with us when he was finished. Brian is very knowledgeable and even gave us some good advice on ways that we could improve the property. He provided us with a fantastic detailed report which helped get our home sale approved. Brian took the time to follow up with us to answer any questions we had about the report and our property. We highly recommend Brian to inspect your property...and he is a super nice guy!

Brian absolutely knocks the inspection and report out of the park. I don't think there are any other inspectors that do this quality of a job. We knew every single detail about the home! Brian walked us through the entire property after the inspection and answered every question we had. The final report had detailed notes, photos, and even video of lines he sent a camera down. He then followed up on a weekend to assure all questions were answered. Absolutely the definition of above and beyond. We feel so excited and confidant in the home we're getting!
