Reached out to them regarding cryptocurrency issues. Had a phone conversation with a Marshall who never contacted me again after saying that he would (2 weeks ago). I guess he decided my family's business wasn't worth their time. Seems like they're not interested in developing new relationships.

Jim Ramborger has been the accountant for my law firm and my family for about five years. He has strongly impressed me in many ways over those years. He answers my questions thoughtfully and accurately. He notifies me of news I might need to know; when my own bank didn't come through for me with a PPP loan in the first round, he directed me to a different bank, where I got one. He is considerate and compassionate. He performs work punctually. And his fees are modest. I am delighted that he is my accountant.
