Excellent service from start to finish!!! Was able to get me the parts from the manufacturer while working the warranty replacement process behind the scene. Walked me through the entire process and explained how unit works and the contents. Removed and replaced the media tank expeditiously with no leaks. Had me back up and running in less than an hour!!! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for service on HAGUE water max system.

I am in love with this water system!! The quality really stands up to the advertising!! I was hesitant and thought hmmm what makes this water system stand out more than others? What’s the big deal about hard or soft water? Not only did I get my answers in depth detail I received an entire overview of how it all comes together right down to water testing before and after install. I even received a follow up two weeks later to discuss my level of comfort and quality of the product. My experience was professional, personal, and above all seamless. My family thoroughly loves the results of the water softener system as well as the water purification. I would never have thought in a million years a bath could get any better! Thank you to Victor for raising the bar on true quality of our water and for the life of our home and valuable assets our bodies!!!
