I was emailed a change of time for my appointment... showed up just to be told she never rescheduled and I should have called her. I live in Sacramento so I drove almost two hours for her to hang up in my face and told me she wasn’t feeling good. I wasn’t compensated for the mix up. She kept my $50 deposit! I will never book again based on how unprofessional she was.
