Unfortunately this was a terrible experience. Ly was trying to fix the fact that the color at my roots was different from the rest of my hair. I completely agreed it needed fixing and agreed to my roots being darker than they were. Honestly we had such a lengthy discussion about how the roots may be "too dark" I was getting worried. I assumed what we were doing was pretty straightforward, it's not like I wanted to go from brunette to light pink. So, fast forward, my roots came out RED. It was not very visible initially but when I washed my hair OMG. When I texted Ly she did not offer for me to come in to have a look, she basically said I was lying because she "did not add red". Not thrilled with my haircut either but compared to how my roots look it is nothing. Not recommended.

I’ve been going to Ly for babylights and haircuts for years, and have always walked away happy. Her attention to detail is unparalleled, and really cares for your hair health (not just how it looks the day it’s colored/cut)
