I have been Rosa's customer for 20 years now, since I first moved to Los Angeles. She is always friendly, paying close attention to my need. For $10 men's haircut, you can't get better quality than this! Later I introduced my wife here, she tried many hairstyles with Rosa, and couldn't be happier with the work Rosa has done!
