My son went to get a hair cut. A rather simple cut. It turned out HORRIBLE!! My son tried to tell her she was not cutting it right and she laughed at him. After she told him she would be practicing on her husband and that my son was a practice as well. When asked if she could fix it she said she couldn't he would just have to wait for it to grow out. And laughed again. I filed out a complaint on their website and the owner called shortly after. He was very nice and was happy they didn't ask us to pay. Very apologetic but that was it. I told him my son was somewhere else getting the cut fixed and all he had to offer was that he was happy to hear that. No offer to pay for the re-cut somewhere else and although my husband cut was okay no offer to refund that for the troubles either. Oh and her hands smelled like an old cigarette ashtray. As I stated he went somewhere else, Barbertown, and they were able to fix it. Not what my son wanted but it was the best they could do with the chop job they had to work with.

Came early before my appointment and Rihana took me immediately, she was so sweet and made sure I got what I wanted. I’m very nervous when it comes to cutting my hair and don’t go to salons often but she did so amazing! I love my haircut will definitely be back to book with Rihana!

Rihana has been cutting my hair for almost a decade now, and is the only person in Yakima who I trust to style my hair. She does a perfect bob and aline, and is always a pleasure to work with~
