Wow! We'd been is our house almost 30 years and now it was time to head east. Our house needed plenty of work to get it ready to sell and Hal was great in helping us find tradesmen to do much of the work. He had great recommendations in many areas (selling price/staging/marketing...) and even helped the buyers figure out the best loan. Hal kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Bottom line: We have only sold one house, but we felt like we were his number one client. Thanks Hal

Hal Schelgel is a FANTASTIC realtor and has been a family friend for 35+ years. Not only is he “our" real estate agent but Hal has helped our children purchase homes as well. Working with Hal is such a pleasure and always stress-free. He is very honest and gives excellent advice when either buying, selling, or renting a home. Hal is extremely knowledgeable and continues to handle the leasing, and renewing, of our rental property. Hal always goes above and beyond and we highly recommend him as your real estate agent for life!

My wife and I can’t even begin to thank Hal enough for everything he did and helped us with in our first home buying experience! We viewed over a dozen showings placed several offers and each time Hal was extremely professional while being very personable too. His years of real estate experienced was very evident and comforting for my wife and I during a chaotic time for the market. Hal was great with communicating each next step and really set us up for realistic expectations but also to be successful in this process. Hal’s relationship with other realtors was also on display as it seemed everywhere we went he had previously worked with the sellers agent. Ultimately all these factors combined into us being successful in purchasing our first property in what is a extremely competitive sellers market.
