I purchased my wedding ring at a consignment shop and needed it resized. After reviewing both my wedding ring and engagement ring, the staff at Halem recommended I resize both. The process was incredibly quick - I had both rings back in just a couple of days - and the rings now fit perfectly. I can’t believe it took me so long to resize my engagement ring; wearing the correct size makes a world of difference. Throughout the process, the staff was helpful, honest, and friendly. Thank you for making my special pieces fit so beautifully!

Great customer service! I was visiting from out of state and purchased a lovely ring. The ring was a little too big. Leslie, our sales associate, offered to resize it for me. The ring was resized and shipped to my home for free. It arrived within a few days and fit perfectly. Thanks, Leslie. Next time I visit Sonoma, I will definitely be stopping by Halem & Co De Sonoma.
