Look no further for the BEST HVAC service you could hope to find. My heat pump was failing and within two days Guy, the owner, was here to search the issues and gave an estimate on the spot. He made certain that I was comfortable with the work that was needed in our old house (and it was extensive) and explained why. He took pictures and showed me what was going on under the house with the venting. At the insistence of family members I got another quote and it didn't come close to what Hales could do for the same money...They didn't even see some of the issues he showed me. What was as impressive as the quote visit was the fact that Guy himself was here to do the work. He scheduled me in as quickly as possible and even called to see how we were doing until the work could be done. After two full days of installation of the new heat pump, smart thermostat, and new venting, we were warm and more satisfied that we have EVER been with a heat pump. He explained and offered service to replace the filters when needed and all of the warranties. I honestly have never received better customer service, all others would pale in comparison. I would be happy to provide personal references for Hales and am thrilled to have renewed faith in the work ethics of young business owners!
