Horrible customer service. And the interface is very clunky. They had a bug in their system and yet told us to find a different provider. Will do.

I can't suggest you depend on this company for your business communications. They have deficits from services to security vulnerabilities. I've been a customer for several years and they have a very insecure login. They've made no improvements there. In addition, their platform is clunky. Their text to voice feature is a joke as it sounds like a robot. Once you get your automated attendant configured, it seems to work ok. I must admit that I'm nervous keeping my business number with them as I am concerned about lack of support if something should go wrong. Support can only be reached via email. This company has huge potential; however, I see no evidence of improvements in the last several years.
