Excellent ENT! I've been going to Dr. Djalilian since 2012. He's the first ear specialist I have found in my life that has been able to correctly diagnose and directly treat my lifelong ear problems (not just the symptoms and reoccurring ear infections since my childhood). I've had multiple ear tubes as an adult and a few surgeries, and he continues to see me every six months for follow-up care. The parking garage situation at UCI is no reflection on his care as a clinician and surgeon (as suggested in other reviews). Any minor inconveniences should not dissuade anyone from seeking skilled and expertise care from this top-notch physician.

I was left to wait for nearly 90 minutes. The provider seemed to pull a random diagnosis out of nowhere. I have Eustachian tube dysfunction and a family hx of Eustachian tube issues. Yet without much examination, he tried to say I'm experiencing an abnormal type of "migraine," though I have no real symptoms associated with said condition. I've never had a traditional migraine. I researched the type he claimed I have and none of the symptoms are things that I experience. Rather, I think this my issue is one of anatomical structure. I'm very disappointed that I was given what I believe to be a misdiagnosis and then prescribed medications for said diagnosis without sufficient investigation.
