We have bought appliances from Hamiltons for over 25 years and will go no where else. They carry solid brands, know them and can speak to their attributes authoritatively. Thry listen so well to all our questions snd answereach and every one of them . Install team is beyond fantastic. Old school customer service from start to finish. Do not be scared by their physical size, they have weeded out all the junk and only sell the best.
One short word…WOW! Friday afternoon we realized our refrigerator/freezer had died and we needed to replace it immediately. Understanding it would be difficult to find the perfect replacement without a long order process, we went into Hamilton’s to see if they could help. When greeted upon entering, we said, “We’ve got a big problem” and the response was “Well, we’re here to fix it!” And they did. Within 3 hours, a new refrigerator was delivered and installed in our kitchen! Talk about customer service! We not only got a wonderful deal on a new refrigerator, but we went back the next day and ended up buying a range, dishwasher and microwave/hood combo also at amazing prices. The buying experience itself was wonderful, both the General Manager Chris and Owner Ryan could not have made us feel more welcome, more comfortable, or more appreciated as customers. Bottom line…don’t be swayed by the “big box” store hype…support local, smaller businesses like Hamilton’s that really appreciate their customers and provide exceptional service simply because they honestly CARE!
