J. J. Hamlyn is a stellar attorney who represented our case in appellate court. His extremely well written argument was supported by a professionally delivered oral argument. All three of the justices agreed with his findings and the outcome was to over turn the superior court's decision. Nothing but the best in this case.

JJ Hamlyn has my utmost respect as an Attorney, a professional, and a person. He is thorough, very knowledgeable, and willing to go beyond the norm to get the results desired in a case. He is respectful, kind, and speaks to his clients like they actually do have a brain, choices, and are people who matter, not just a source of income. He is also humble, patient and honest.. He was able to prevent my husband from being deported in a difficult set of circumstances by choosing an uncommon route, which the immigration judge herself said that in her 20+ years as a judge had never tried a case using this line of defense.
