I checked out the Hammond RV park & noticed there was several spaces available, but when I called I was turned down because of my lil service wiener dog of 19 yrs old ( this month)... He's just about like a child to me, & I figure anywhere he can't go, is a place I don't wanna be anyways... So I thot ppl wasn't saposta discriminate against ppl with service dogs by law. . . Guess I was wrong... That's my rating, one star cuz I couldn't give them a negative score...

I live here year round and have been here for three years. The owner runs a super tight ship and keeps the place very safe and quiet. The manager is extremely friendly. I love this park.

customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and bordered on rude. Was told on the phone no rigs over 10 yrs old yet most of the existing rigs are way older than that. It being Cheap is the only quality I was able to find. I would recommend going down the road 3 miles to America Sunset Rv Park. Closer to the beach, MUCH MUCH better service and an stunningly beautiful park.
