Hopefully this hotel is refurbished should I need to stay there again. I could smell the dust onbeheerd window drapes, the carpet needed shampooing if not replacement, all fixtures were more than a little tired, there are no springs in the benches along the wall in the “dining room” - I literally sank when I sat and well below a comfortable level to eat my meal. The bed sheets were clean. And my room was not serviced. I was told a do not disturb sign was on my door at 1 pm - impossible as I left at 10 am and took the sign off which was not on my door when I returned at 8 pm.

For $200/night, you'd expect hot water, comfortable beds, decent / clean rooms, and a variety of breakfast items. What you get is decent coffee, lukewarm water, uncomfortable beds, rooms that are need a major update (or at least fix the peeling wall paper...) Not worth the $$ !

I was out on the rain an expected to Ake a warm shower and nothing. I addressed it to the front desk and said we can offer another room for you to shower in. (I don’t think so) breakfast was not pleasant the only good thing was waffles.
