The rooms and facility were exceptionally clean compared to other Hampton Inns and other hotels in general.

Most of the experience was fine enough. Taija and Leslie were professional and pleasant. My only complaint is that this location caters to uptight guests. I've traveled the world for the last twelve years, and in no place I've ever stayed has anyone made a noise complaint before 9pm and actually been taken seriously. The noise complaint was made by someone with kids in regards to our neurodivergent children simply walking around before 9pm. The floors are admittedly very loud, which is why we were already consistently asking them to walk as quietly as possible, but even adults were struggling to walk quietly, myself included, as I am also disabled. This created a degree of anxiety for us in regards to night time bathroom breaks, and I wouldn't stay here again for that reason alone. Aside from that, there was a knotted wad of hair folded into the bed, and despite the abundant body wash and body soap, there was no hand soap.

Clean. Quiet. Great dog exercise areas. Spotless bathroom. TV and fridge work. Excellent breakfast. Will stay here again.
