I was not impressed with the housekeeping. We stayed 3 days and there was a large stain on the comforter, they acted like it was an inconvenience to give us more toilet paper and towels. However the ladies at the front desk were very nice. We had a great view, they always had hot coffee, but we absolutely loved Christina who serves the breakfast each morning. She has the absolute best customer service and you can tell she really enjoys her job! I will come back and stay just because of her exceptional service! Christina is a special lady!

When I travel, I stay with Hampton religiously this hotel chain has always treated me well.
I believe the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. I wish the room was better though m!!
when I came in the smoke detector had its batteries ripped out, and there was the unmistakable odor of cigarette smoke…. I’m traveling with my dog this time and I feel like I get to see a different side of this hotel train when you’re traveling with a pet… the carpet is wet and I don’t want my dog to walk on it because I don’t want him to get on the floor on his paws and fur… I wish something could be done about the cigarette smoke… close to Seattle. This is the most I paid for a Hampton stay, and unfortunately, unfortunately I think this is the worst I have had with this hotel. I do plan to stay with this company in the future… just not at this location

Amazing hotel, plenty of dining in walking distance. Stayed here for 6 nights, the rooms are large, I had an amazing view of the USS JOY ( Naval museum), the pier and the ferry. Most of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. We had on different days waffles, French toast, cereal, boiled eggs, potatoes, scrambled eggs, toast , danish, yummy crispy bacon, juices , coffee, muffins and fresh fruit
