We live in Calif and are up here for my granddaughter's graduation in Steilacoom. This hotel was recommended by my son as it's close to site and I immediately went on line and got a 2 bd suite. It was lovely, clean and close to elevators. Young lady checking us in was polite and quick checking us in. Really appreciate the breakfast in a.m. and available snacks for my grandson with me when we returned in evening. We will return as soon as possible. 5☆☆☆☆☆'s

The hotel was convenient for the purpose of our trip (to visit friends). Not impressed with the "we service rooms every other day" policy and even less so that we were not warned of this when we checked-in. It claims to be a "by Hilton" hotel but operates a policy that you don't get Hilton Honours points unless you book direct (we booked via Booking.Com). Petty!

The hotel is pretty standard. Nothing spectacular. The breakfast was good. Hot items including eggs, bacon or sausage, were available. There wasn't always someone available at the desk.
