September. 18th 2024 me and my mom stayed there couple time this is a very first time this ever happened but very strange. We got back at the hotel about 11:00 PM about 12:20 to 12:30 AM in the morning. The phone will start ringing in the room woke me and my mom up. It was a guy saying he works there and they need to credit me $64 he didn’t know my last name, but then he asked me for my full name my address, my phone number and the debit card or credit card we use on file he said he just want to double check make sure they have the right person. I thought it was kind of weird about 12:20 12:30 AM. They will call you. I went downstairs and talked to the lady who was working that night. She says I’m sorry that happened but we will never call you. How did they ring through the room if they never got transfer whoever it was was trying to scam us she think it might be somebody who was staying there so if you receive a phone call on the telephone and the hotel and they said they have a credit for you don’t give them any information. Go downstairs and report it. It’s kind of sad somebody in that hotel trying to scam us

Stayed a week. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bed was good. Daily breakfast was above average, especially the western omlette. The shower was barely room temperature, and going the week with no hot water was NOT enjoyable. Staff said there was nothing they could do about it! Parking is limited due to construction and parking a larger car or pickup truck in the underground lot is tricky. One issue with the staff was finding that we had been charged twice for the room, and we had to spend hours fighting to get the hold released from our credit card. Not a bad stay, but they could have done better!

2nd time here. Overall, very good. Staff was very friendly and responsive. I chatted the hotel with a request for an early check and room location. I learned from last year not to be near the main road because it was noisy, and not near construction. Last year the latter was not a problem but I just wanted to make sure. Javi and Heather were quick to respond via the Hilton chat answering my questions.||The room was a great location. Away from the main road and construction and viewed the back parking lot where I could see my car. Last year, they had my room for me early but last I had to go to the fair first, get a reentry stamp and making sure it did not wash off in the hot tub, pool or shower. This year was not the case. I got the room first and I believe, it was Maya, was very helpful and friendly. The lady making breakfast really hustled to make sure nothing ran out unlike some other hotels and Hamptons. I rode the elevator with four cleaning ladies with their bins. They said there is room for one person and were friendly.||Only a few minuses or recommendations. The fan over the toilet needed cleaning (see photo). The tiles surrounding the pool and hot tub needed dire cleaning. The light tiles showed that no one had cleaned them for a long time. Kids had written graffiti on the filth. What they need to have is someone get in the pool or hot tub or from outside scrub that whole area, drain them and refill them so they are ready for the morning. Not sure if others complain. However, the pool and hot tub had perfect temperatures. Worst was people who were staying at the hotel who did not clean up after themselves in the pool area.||I thought I remembered the room had a safe last year but maybe I am mistaken and I thought I had a safe at other Hamptons. I like a hotel room with a safe. I hope they will consider adding safes. Also, there was no drying rack for swimsuits which would also be appreciated.|| I do not like the showerhead at this hotel and other Hamptons. The head was very high and very hard to reach for a shorter person like me. It seemed the head did rotate where you could change the direction at first. so first I got a freezing cold shower until the water became warm. I would suggest a lower rotating shower head with a hand-held attachment where you can easily spray your back, feet etc.||There was scrambled eggs and bacon at breakfast. It would have been nice to have hash browns or breakfast potatoes too. My digital card through the App would not open the pool door but it opened the farther away gym so I had to go to the front door to get a plastic card to open the pool door. Not sure why it did not work at the pool door but would only open the further away gym.||I found some fingernails or toenails on a chair in the room and a few missed white like lint on the floor. They were hard to see so I can understand missing them. I know some people freak out on fingernails, toenails. or hair from other people they see in the room.||Overall, excellent, a few minuses and I hope the hotel will consider the recommendations I made.
