Dylan was nice until the moment he realized that we weren’t “Diamond members.” Literally the most condescending interaction I’ve experienced from a member of hospitality.
That said, Vicki, who ran the breakfast service was nothing short of sunshine. Communicative and sweet to everyone. Breakfast was generous and well-maintained.
Dylan needs a perspective check.

The room was spacious and clean. We had a top floor room. The view was nothing special. The people here were warm and helpful. They were often eager to help. Breakfast varied slightly every day. Pre-made omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, Canadian bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs, scramnled eggs with chives, etc

This Hampton Inn & Suites is well above most. A perfect 5 rating! |From coast to coast, we can average 90 to 100 Hilton Brand nights a year. The staff here are amazing. From Dylan checking on us with a pre-arrival welcome "reach out", to Ariana checking us in and Gabe taking care of us in the evening, they delivered Service Excellence! |Clean lobby and grounds. Clean rooms with extra supplies. The Pantry (lobby novelty store) was well stocked with a great variety of items including local wines.|Breakfast was wonderful and even had the ToGo Bags out.
