I own a 3 family house and buy alot of appliances. Since rebuilding our home in 2001 after we lost it in a fire, we have exclusively bought every appliance from Hancock Appliance. The service is incredibe and reliable. I always receive exactly what I need at a fair and competitive price. The owner Billy has been incredibly kind and helpful especially since I lost my husband 2 years ago.
All of sales people are friendly and accommodating whenever I call. I want to give a special shout out to Larry one of the sales people. He always goes out of his way to get me the best appliance at the best price. I really can't say enough good things about Hancock Appliance. Thank you to all who work there.

Hancock appliance is the absolute best. Not only for the amazing choices of inventory but a great sales team that delivers from the initial purchase all the way through to delivery. Highly highly recommend Hancock Appliance. Excellent all around!!

Having bought all of our kitchen appliances recently, we had such a great experience compared to another local appliance store we visited first. Hancock Appliance was the best experience, price wise, professional staff and service. Hancock Appliance made us feel like family from start to finish! The install and delivery staff were amazing and very professional. Words can't describe how unguarded and easy this process was all because of Hancock Appliance's excellent customer service! Highly recommended knowing we will not make the mistake of going to another appliance store first, they will continue to be the only go to! Thank you to Billy and staff!
