The people in the office aren't very personable, nor are they all that friendly. That said, I was able to get my DMV required brake and light inspection. I set a next day appointment which was sooner than anyone else. They may not have been the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. The tech who worked on my vehicle doing the inspection was quite nice. He even gave me a "heads up"a a few other things. There are not many people who do this inspection, so even though they are a little rude, it is better than paying $100 more at another place.

Had the timing belt,water pump,spark plugs and front engine mount done for my '04 hond pilot. They did great work car runs like it is brand new. Completely satisfied and they went beyond what I wanted done and fixed a couple of other things. Thank you to all at Hancock's Automotive I will be a repeat customer. Their prices are the best in town.

They are the only mechanic in the county that performs a brake and light inspection for the dmv, the owner is a pretty nice guy too
