I bought a $180 gift card package and gave it to my mom who lives in Vancouver. The gift card was not valid at any other locations. When sold, the gift card was not indicated to have ANY locations limitations. I have attempted to resolve this issue with the manager and she would not provide any resolution. My mother has been a loyal Hand and Stone patron, going every month. They have lost our business.

I loved my prenatal massage. Very nice and relaxing. I opted for a session where we talked and it was nice. You can always opt out of it besides them just talking about the massage itself. Thank you for the relaxing time!
