My Hand and Stone massage was the most expensive and frustrating massage I ever had. $172.00 for 40 minutes massage. The massage was prepaid for an hour of service and with no knowledge of the company’s policies. When I was ready to use the service and notified the parlor, received a list of rules and regulations from the parlor that was not communicated to me when the massage service was purchased. I was supposed to receive a full one-hour massage, I only received 40 minutes instead. I was told the remainder of one hour goes for the cleaning and setting up the massage room. At the end of the session the massage therapist left a wet towel for me to clean the massage oil from my body. I could not reach my back to wipe the oil off, and was barely able to clean my arms and legs. I left the parlor unhappy and disgusted. Later I sent my feedback to the massage parlor. I will not recommend this business to anyone.
