It’s more intense than TSA at the airport except this “Handy B==✊🏼=D💦 handyman hardware” WILL Follow you around as if you do have a suspicious package. Can’t say that I blame them, though, there comes a point in which it becomes very obvious they’re keeping eyes on you. And unless you ask them questions, to which they have to ask the whole team what/where anything is, they won’t leave you alone. They also congregate around the front of the store when everyone is upfront.
This visit, I walked right in without being buzzed in. One other attempt I made earlier in the day, I had to wait outside until someone else left.
The lady behind the desk was very helpful, she was able to answer all questions without having to ask other employees and got everything done in a timely manner. So she gets 5 stars. I think her name was Irina?
