Installer asked to move appointment from between 8am to 10am to 11am, which I agreed to.
Called 11am to say they won't make it until evening.
UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

The technicians were definitely very reliable. They came on the exact day that we called and they proceeded ahead with their work. I was very impressed with their personality and outstanding service.
