I can't speak to their actual work, I am only rating their customer service/follow through. I spoke to Jayson on the phone and he was very nice and we scheduled a date/time for him to come give us an estimate. He never showed up. I called his cell phone but there was no answer and his mailbox was full. I then called the company and was told they would look into it right away and give me a call back. No apology during this interaction. I never heard back from either Jayson or his company and it's been over a week. I didn't bother trying to to call again because we're not interested in working with a company whose communication starts off this way.

Jayson Harris from Handyman Solutions contacted us in a timely manner after my husband contacted him by phone. He was very thorough and conscientious in all aspects of the job. We are very pleased with his skillful carpentry and look forward to working with him on our next home project.

Jayson Harris was hired to remodel my Master Bathroom, putting in a large walk-in shower, new double sink vanities. He also painted my Master Bedroom. He was responsible for all subcontracting. He did a faboulous job. Was very pleasant and did an outstanding job.

I would highly recommend him for anyone who cares about the quality of work.
