* Update 08/02/2024 afternoon I had another super difficult time and extremely stressful experience at the car wash. I purchased the monthly unlimited carwash pass on the Way app as usual,but it didn’t work again today,so I rang the doorbell to get help as there was a notice said if we have QR code scanning issue,ring the bell to get help. But the staff didn’t help me at all and just told me to call the number rudely,even we call the number we can’t get the car wash today after we spent so much time waiting in the line. I did not want to waste my time to go back into the line again and I have to get carwash since I paid it,so I stayed there called the number to get help,the people behind me was rushing me,even at that time the rude employee still did not want to manually activate the carwash for me like other employees who nicely helped me before. And finally he threatened me this was the last time I can get helped with and he would call police to kick a customer out the business next time. This is the second time I’ve been threatened like this.
Well,Shall I be scared of that?As I said,I like this touchless carwash,and I get used to purchasing on the Way app since they still cooperate with Way app and have the advertisement on the site,I liked the monthly subscription and touchless activation of Way app(but recently technical issues appears often)and I have been coming back for car wash every week for 2years now as a regular and still being treated like this.
Too much stress and frustration to get a carwash here,the store(owner or manager)did not build efficient communication with Way app to help customers get the carwash service in a timely manner. And for the level of the emotional distress resulted by the level of abrasive behavior from the employee,I reserve my right to protect my consumer rights and interests and file the lawsuit against the store and Way app for future reference if there is another threat or we could not get helped with in a timely manner.
Tonight 05/23/2024 at 11:20pm.I was here for the car wash. The car wash wasn’t working,so I went to the front dest to get help. (App reading issue,but can be activated manually,it happened a few times,but I got helped with other employees before )The guy did not want to help. I paid the car wash. I did not want to argue,but I should’ve gotten my car wash since I paid for it. He just threatened me he would call police. What it for? Call police to kick a customer out ?It’s insanity. He was smoking outside the store all the time and did not have time to help me activate the car wash. What kind of employee is like this.Later he even came out smoking again and used the abusive language on me while I was in my car. You can’t imagine how rude and unprofessional he is. Other staff who used to work here are friendly. I’m a regular customer for this store,I had came here for car wash every week for around 2years. I never had been treated like this before.
I came out to support a vegan establishment, especially now that they have a vegan food truck outside. Sadly, almost NONE of the products have prices on them so it's just shopping blind. To no one's surprise, the prices came out outrageously high. $74 for the 7 items in the photo. I would have attached a photo of the receipt, but I didn't get that, despite mentioning my dismay with the lack of transparency over the products prices. Clerk wasn't too concerned with my concerns, and not particularly eager to engage in any conversation on the topic.
