Teresa Sosa is the best!! In late February my husband and I decided to buy a car on a whim,the rates the dealership offered where insanely high.I immediately thought about Teresa and HAPO they have never let me down. I explained the situation and told her I wanted to apply for a loan, we live in Selah Washington which is about an hour and a half away from her branch.She immediately put Eri (our loan officer )to work and got it approved in less than an hour, they got all the documentation ready so that all we had to do the following morning was sign our documents and pick up our check.They made the process so easy,stress-free and always with such a great/happy attitude. Could we have gotten a lower rate somewhere else? Possibly,but better customer service and appreciation for our business never.
