Response to Owner:
You do not control how long it takes the DMV but you do control when YOU SEND info to the DMV. My car was paid off in June and you did not send anything to the DMV until October, after I had to call repeatedly for it to be dealt with. The DMV sent all necessary paperwork in less than a month.
Glad that employee is no longer there however the owner isn’t truthful either. I would STILL suggest against this place.
Do not buy from these people!! Months later and I still don’t have my title, plates or registration.
They agreed to fix issues that I found on the car within 24 hours. When I called back, the worker accused me of lying then the owner said they would fix it “at my expense” NOT the convo we had on the phone.
Every time I call they try to tell me I have a balance, it was paid off in JUNE!
Just don’t do it!
