Last December, I had my brother drop off my magenta infinity scarve a long with my wool hat. I never got my scarve back .I went to the place to rewind the video and saw my scarve being checked in , then they fast forward to the day my brother came to pick up his items and mine no bright pink scarve. On top of all that the ripped the bow on my hat off tell each other that I must have bought it in already ripped in Vietnamese I replied in Vietnamese that I have the Amazon recipe that had just bought it and wanted it to be clean before I put it on my head. They asked me for a few weeks to try to locate my scarve, so I agreed. Every time I came back to ask the lady there won't give me any answer. I asked if I could please get my scarve or pay me the money so I can replace it. The lady just keeps pretending not to know anything about it. Telling me that I have to talk to the man who is never there. It's now almost 1 year. Be warned. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes. Truth be told, you would have to be color blind not to be able to see my scarve. It saved my life dozens of time when I was crossing the street to get from my office and back. I just want them to replace my scarve...
