Tamara is absolutely amazing! She has been such a big help over the years in relieving my sciatic pain as well as migraines. I‘m not sure I would have made it through this pregnancy without her, she has kept my back pain under control and has shared so many tools with me to use at home!

Dr. Tamara at Community Chiropractic has helped me greatly with the adjustments I have needed. She is observant when I come in and listens to how I am feeling before doing anything. I appreciate her help and the work she does.

Thank you! Thank you! After tripping and a face plant on asphalt, I was in extreme pain in multiple places. Urgent Care confirmed nothing broken and sent me on my way. Tamara not only provided me with explanation of what was happening internally based on my injuries, but also adjustments that provided immediate relief. I walked out able to move more freely and in less pain. Additional adjustments have assisted in continued healing. I highly recommend Tamara Lund!
