I've had mostly negative experiences with service here. Out of the 4 times I've been to this location, they got my order wrong 3 times.... The loud atmosphere and soft spoken cashiers also make it hard to understand what they are saying even after asking to repeat several times. This last time i went was better but only because the worker actually knew what was in the drinks. Turns out ALL UBE AND TARO HAVE DAIRY. Poor lactose intolerant me would ask for no dairy and they would constantly give me the ube without warning me ☹

Very relax vibe and great staff! We don’t have many boba tea shops where I’m from so I was a little indecisive on what to order but both ladies at the front helped me out and they even brought the tea to my table, super professional and helpful staff. I’m going to keep it simple, the boba tea here is just great and refreshing! Great job, if any of the managers or the owner sees this comment, make sure to encourage the young lady on the left that is making the tea (on the photo I uploaded) she knew the menu very well, was very helpful and professional. 5/5 for the good experience.

Just went there for the first time today. Got a strawberry black tea and a bubble waffle. Omg… amazing. The tea was sweet and tasted good. The waffle is SUPER good. A new and interesting take on a traditional waffle. DEFINITELY my new favorite tea shop. 100/100

Also the woman working there was super sweet and very helpful. Thank you so much! 😁😁😁
